These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the MarketBaro service.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the market-weather information service provided by MarketBaro ("the Service"), and the rights and obligations of members and the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service provides statistical information generated by applying pre-defined rules to historical price data, for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not recommend buying or selling any specific security and does not perform investment advisory business. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes investment advice or a solicitation to invest.
Investment decisions and any resulting profit or loss are entirely the user's own responsibility.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Some features, such as holdings tracking, are available only to members who have verified their email. Members log in via an emailed login link or a password and must not let others use their account.
Notification subscriptions such as Telegram can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link or bot command.
4. Points and Premium Features
The Service may grant or deduct points for participation. Points are not redeemable for cash, and paid features have not yet been introduced.
If payment or premium features are introduced, detailed terms including a refund policy will be announced separately in advance.
5. User Obligations
Users must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, access it excessively through automated means, or use another person's account without authorization.
6. Changes and Suspension of the Service
The Service may change or discontinue all or part of its content or features for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes are announced on the changelog page or via in-service notice.
7. Disclaimer
The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its data and is not liable for damages arising from outages or delays at data providers.
The Service is not liable for investment losses arising from use of the Service.
